About M.C. Headley

During the life span of Mr. Headley’s career he has performed roles such as Project
Manager, Construction Manager, Construction Engineer, Quality Control Manager and General Contractor.
Mr. Headley is experienced in overseeing all aspects of a project Including costs management, quality control, plan and specification review, field production and inspections. He is adept at communicating the technical concepts associated with these and other related fields to maintain the production process. He has been the liaison on many projects to insure that the projects are well managed and that the expectations are met or exceeded.
Mr. Headley is the corporate safety officer for M.C. Headley Properties and functioned as Site Safety Manager on the recent Jekyll Island Convention center a 40-million dollar state construction project from February 2010 to October 2011.
Mr. Headley has training in Engineering, Architecture and Construction Management along with a long history of the practical application of these fields. With his combination of technical training, inspection licenses and a Georgia General Contracting license he is uniquely positioned to perform oversight of design and construction of Heavy Industrial Building Construction and associated Site Development (storm water, sanitary sewer, grading, water pipe installation, road installation and utility installation).
Mr.Headley has run M.C.Headley Construction for the past five years where he has been responsible for overseeing all facets of the company including estimating, cost control, quality control, scheduling and construction/program management. He has been the main point of contact been government clients and private industry alike insuring that the project is running on time and within budget. He has been the on-site point of contact for quality control and construction engineering on government projects exceeding Nine Billion Dollars.
